Please note that <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#000000\" class=\"has-inline-color\">borrowing services are not available<\/mark><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visitors must be at least <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#000000\" class=\"has-inline-color\">18 years of age<\/mark><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visitors who are Republic of China (ROC) citizens may exchange their ROC-issued National Identification Card, driver\u2019s license, National Health Insurance Card, or other forms of valid photo ID to obtain a Temporary Visitor Pass before entering the library.
